The Eclipse UI does not allow any view to be moved. The views can be resized but not moved. 
Dragging the title bar and/or using the "move" menu item does nothing.
I'm using version 2.1 (build Thu, 27 Mar 2003 -- 21:30 (-0500)) on an Apple PowerBook G4 
(TiBook) with 512 MB and an 800 MHz PowerPC G4 running Mac OS X (10.2.6).

Version 2.1 on MacOS X does not support moving views.
Please upgrade either to 3.0 milestone or integration builds or use the maintenance 
build 2.1.1.
