In the NewKeysPreferencePage it is not possible to exclude commands. This means that the Keys preference page shows all commands, including the standard Eclipse commands like About, Cut/Copy/Paste, Delete etc. These are commands that we don't want the user to see or change. It should therefore be possible to specify what categories should be shown in list.
