In property view for the anomaly, to be consistent, we need a clear button for the rules ID. This is what we have for the Due date. Right now, I cannot remove the rule id to have access to the rank field. The work around, select the update button for the rule id, then select the parent of any rule, save it. The rule Id will go away and the Rank field will become selectable again
