Users can see all people associated with a given review, including assignees and commentators. UI queues are provided so that users can easily determine participant role. Users are able to easily add additional participants.
Wouldn't this be part of the common navigator? We should be very careful to introduce more than one view. The IDE has limited real estate and it's not clear to me why we would need a separate view for managing participants.
See the comment on Reviews perspective. That's one reason for having this appear by default in a separate perspective. The only alternative is to support this within the Task Editor, and we've already established that the task editor is a poor place to organize this kind of stuff. There is not always a hierarchical relationship between all of these things, and in face I think the tendency of EMF based tools to employ "one-size-fits-all" tree views has a very negative effect on usability. The Common Navigator infrastructure itself is nice, but it is also quite fiddly for users to work with. We should provide maximum flexibility and ease of use for users. Users may also wish to view participants and artifacts at the same time.
