build: 4.2.1 M20120822-1200

When you open the CPD the Navigate>Show In menu is unchecked, but still shows up in the real menu.

To make it disappear, you must check it and uncheck it, then OK the dialog.

Also broken for toolbar buttons (I tried to hide Save All and Print).

I don't see the issue mentioned in comment #1 with latest patches from bug 420956 comment #19. 

Issue mentioned in comment #0 was a bug in Eclipse 3.8 also. It was a problem with other DynamicContributionItems also like Project > Build Working Set.
