When a lengthy program is run and the output of the program is being written to the console then clicking on any of the views will not put the focus on that view. Let us say that you have the "Search" view open and then you run the lengthy program which does a "System.out.println" Now the "console" view automatically opens now when you click on the "Search" view it keeps reverting to the "Console" View.
Dunno how to make this a feature. Was able to overcome this problem by unchecking Window->preferences->debug->console Would like this to be a feature in the view itself a toggle action button.
