Exception occurred creating launch configuration tabs
Reason:
 Plug-in org.eclipse.ui.externaltools was unable to load class 
org.eclipse.ui.externaltools.internal.ant.launchConfigurations.AntTabGroup

It looks like the org.eclipse.ui.externaltools.internal.ant tree is missing. It 
used to be in org.eclipse.ui.externaltools_2.1.0\externaltools.jar.

Fixed in I20030610 drop.
