Is this in the Java editor?

AFAIK, we're just using the standard Java editor. Maybe we don't have the debugger plug-in included... Is the command available at all? i.e. does "Toggle breakpoint" show up when you hit ctrl+shift+L?

Yes, the problem is in the Java Lite perspective. I have just noticed that Ctrl + Shift + B works in the Debug perspective. But in the Java Lite perspective I have to use mouse command to toggle perspective. And yes, "Toggle Breakpoint" command is available in key assist list in both perspective.
