The colors used to draw the tab selection are not picked by default from the operating system settings. Default colors should always be picked from the operating system to be consistent with the user settings, and the default behaviour should be consistent with SWT 3.x.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select the classic theme and close Eclipse
2. Comment-out the swt-selected-tabs-background lines from MPartStack definitions
3. Restart Eclipse, the tabs have a white background, without gradients or differences from selected and not selected
