During integration of preliminary 0.11 build, it's observed that the review author details are not displayed in the properties, 
the e-mail address is not automatically populated either (e.g. see the R4E preferences, user tab)

This is tested with java 5, eclipse 3.8

Updated to make sure the preference details are populated with an LDAP repository is configured
and to make sure the default e-mail address under the preferences takes precedence over the one received from ldap, 
as long as it's not empty.
