I would like more padding between the line number margin and the actual code. The margin is right next to the code, making it look strange.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change the background color.
2. Enable line numbers.
3. Restart Eclipse.
4. Open a file and look at the line number margin. It's too close to the editor text.
