Test case: 02.37800 

Description: 
The panel "File Selection" that is displayed when we click on "File" button is 
partially in English. Several fields, words are 
in English, like: "New Folder","Delete File","Rename File" and "Cancel" button. 

See attached image as example. 

Steps to recreate: 
1. Windows -> Preferences 
2. Expand Workbench, click in Linked Resources 
3. Click on Edit... button 
4. In New Variable panel, click on "File" button 
5. The panel with problem is displayed.

The FileDialog is a native dialog. We do not provide the strings in question, 
the platform does. You have to use the native language version of the OS in 
order to get the national language versions of these dialogs.
Compare with other apps (that use the native file dialog).
