Description:  Translator brought up the question of whether the text in the 
following panel should be translated or left in english.  See attached clip.

Steps to recreate:
1. On the menu bar from the main Workbench panel, click Window -> Preferences. 
2. In the left pane, expand Workbench. Click Compare/Patch. 
3. In the right pane, click the Text Compare tab:

Moved preview text from three Xxx.txt files to plugin.properties file.

As of the latest build 20030606, the translations still do not show up.  Has 
this been externalized?  Do the translators need to translate any new files?

This fix will not be included in the 2.1.1 maintenance release!
(It was not considered severe enough).
However, it is in 3.0 M1.

There are these three new properties in the plugin.properties file:

ComparePreferencePage.previewLeft= 1\n2\noutgoing addition\n3\noutgoing change\
n4\npseudo conflict\n5

This has been fixed in the 3.0 stream.
