Version 4.2 of HttpClient has been released: http://www.apache.org/dist/httpcomponents/httpclient/RELEASE_NOTES.txt . We should request a CQ to leverage the improved (NTLM) authentication support.

It would be good to get this underway to avoid shipping multiple HttpClient versions in Luna. ECF/Platfrom and m2 have already moved up.
