Users who download EDT, which is really EGL Web Developer Tools (EWDT), should only see generators for Java and JavaScript. There should not be an entry for the JavaCore generator in the IDE. I discussed this with Joe, and he indicated that the Core generator is still required on its own for some of our EGL 'Core' part projects. If this is the case, then the necessary components related to this IDE contribution should be moved to its own plug-in, which is not part of the nightly build, but can be used as necessary to generate these parts.
changed Version (found in) from 0.8.0 to 0.8.1
This is just going to cause confusion and possibly put invalid properties into a project, so I've removed the IDE contribution for 0.8.1 M2. I updated the generator contributions to make a 'provider id' optional, since we want the javacore templates added to the JEE generator, but there is no longer a 'provider' for the javacore contribution. A contribution with no provider id can only be used when another contribution 'requires' it. I'm attaching the files that were removed, and at a later date someone can create a new plug-in with these contents that won't be part of the build or shipped, but could be incorporated by someone else that wants to use the core generator on its own.
