3.8 and 4.2.

I looked at the failing releng tests:

It says:

javadoc errors and/or warnings in: org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv.javadoc.txt See the javadoc logs linked from the test results page for details

However, those logs are missing.

The logs are available now (probably due to the same change that fixed bug 378631).
