4.2M7 test build I20120429-1800
- marking as Major because is very visible in Eclipse
- tried in CustomControlExample but did not see the problem there

- in Eclipse, any time the Welcome tab is visible but not selected, its 'e' is not shown
- the 'e' is shown correctly when the tab is selected
- perhaps something is not being measured correctly?

BG can you investigate this for RC1?  It's visually quite obvious, at least on our Ubuntu 10.

I cannot reproduce this bug on SWT from master as of today, GTK3.22, and Fedora 28.
