If you have a data file that resides on a different machine and has become 
unaccessible, or on a disk drive that fails and then make that machine 
unaccessible and you do a close all and answer yes to save changes.  The result 
is that an error is displayed indicating a problem on the save, but the file is 
closed resulting in loss of any changes made during the session.

Expect: a dialog should come up allowing the user to save changes somewhere 
else or to cancel the close.

I believe this is a duplicate of bug 35701.  Moving to UI for confirmation.

This is a dup of bug 35701. Now, if one of the editor fails to close, the user 
is notified of the problem and the editor remains open.
