When opening the bugzilla repository window to edit the settings, there's no scroll, so the bottom settings can't be reached unless all the other options are collapsed.

Thanks for looking into this. This is tracked on bug 253142 already. This change is too big to take on for 3.8 but we should consider this for the next release.
