[Problems]
In Rui_Dojo_Sample testing, choose one of the 3 themes 'tundra', 'soria' and 'nihilo'. Click 'TimeTextBox' button, set the time interval to 'Five minutes', then open the drop-down list of the time, actual result is: only the hour point can be seen clearly, other times except the hour point cannot be seen clearly.

[NOTES]
This problem only happens to the 3 themes 'tundra', 'soria' and 'nihilo', and doesn't happens to the theme 'claro'.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Import the project 'Rui_Dojo_Sample' from cvs.
2.Newly created 'rui.dojo_0.8.0' and 'rui.widgets_0.8.0'.
3.Select one of the 3 themes 'tundra', 'soria' and 'nihilo'.
4.Click 'TimeTextBox' button, set the time interval to 'Five minutes', then open the drop-down list of the time.
Actual result is: only the hour point can be seen clearly, other times except the hour point cannot be seen clearly.
