build 20030429

Calling CreateLinkedResourceGroup.setLinkTarget before calling createContents 
results in a NullPointerException exception in 
CreateLinkedResourceGroup.resolveVariable.
No code currently calls the API in this order. However, it is designed to work 
and should be fixed.
