Hi,

I have an Ubuntu distribution. I can use Eclipse under gnome, but as soon as I switch to XFCE I find that it hangs. As soon as I press F3 (when running from XFCE) it hangs.

I saw that if Eclipse detects that it crashed and it doesn't used the 'taglib' indexes, it doesn't hang anymore. However, I tried deleting the taglib indexes, and it still hang. However, things run fine in gnome. After I created a new workspace, and opened the project in the newly created workspace, it worked. But this is an workaround, not a solution to this bug.

I will attach a stacktrace shortly.

Reproducible: Always

No response in awhile, closing this ticket. Please reopen the issue if it happens on 4.8 and GTK3.22.
