There is the same issue in RBD.
In IE, users could not select the whole texts of TimeTextBox/DateTextBox by clicking. But the slectOnClick works fine in FF/Chrome.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. DD a Dojo DateTextBox or TimeTextBox into handler.
2. Set its selectOnClick property as yes.

Actual results: In IE, users could not select the whole texts of TimeTextBox/DateTextBox by clicking. But the slectOnClick works fine in FF/Chrome.

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
