Button doesn't support onChange event. How about remove it from the event view

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a RUI handler and DnD a button to the handler
2.open the properties view and switch to Events tab.
3.onClick is not supported by button, but it still show in the event list.

Please also check the events: onScroll, onContexMenu

Button does not support onchange in HTML(input type="button")
So it makes no sense for RUI Button to support this event.
We didn't do the event filter for RUI widgets in RBD.
I don't know if we should add the filter in EDT.

This is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD, so I am deferring the fix to 1.0.
