We will invest in ensuring the Eclipse platform remains a first class basis for products supporting bidirectional text (BiDi). Areas of investigation include: support for text with internal structure or syntax including BiDi data, support for text input widgets, and comprehensive support for static complex expressions.

Marked resolved for Juno based on work on Equinox text processor (bug 183164) and SWT text input widget work (bug 230854).
