According to http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/237823/ the dependency on org.eclipse.equinox.executable should be specified by defining a dependency in a CPSEC/CSPEX file and not by including this feature in another feature. Currently, the chapter "Building RCP Products" > Structure of the BuckyBook explains that the feature should be included. This should be updated to reflect the current way to do it.
