RC3a

- start an eclipse workspace that contains no projects
- Window -> Preferences
- go to the Java - Organize Imports page
- press New...
- in the subsequent dialog press Browse...
- in the subsequent dialog press OK
- will get the attached exception

Bug in the ElementListSelectionDialog: The OK button is enabled but no element
avaiable / selected

Only occurs when there are no projects.
Not critical for 2.1.
