Fair number of changes.  Has the added bonus of fixing a number of out of date wizards (text changes, target options, etc.)

Opened Bug 382024 for some trivial wording issue on the feature patch project creation page.  Everything relating to the provider/vendor rewording looks good.

Verified in I20120606-1900
