Version 3.7 r11680

1. Import using "Import.." Materialize from..."
2. Give a bad URL. (I meant to use the plaintext .cquery but used the web version instead, i.e. http://git.eclipse.org/c/amp/org.eclipse.amp.git/tree/releng/org.eclipse.amp.releng/releng/amp-platform.cquery)

The wizard seems to hang at about 50%. It works fine with a good URL.
