Add a bookmark to a method which is selected in the outliner (so that the "magnet" is shown in the editor's vertical ruler).
Observe: the bookmark icon is very hard to find on top of the magnet

Still a problem in 20020214.
The bookmark icon's blue is too similar to the magnet's blue.
I suggest to make a lighter halo around the bookmark icon.

the bookmark icons is owned by platform UI - moving

The icon has changed in R2.0. It now has a white background/border which makes 
it easier to see.
