Workbench User Guide > Tasks > Comparing resources > Setting preferences for comparing files
in section "You can configure the following options in the Text Compare tab." one preference is missing:
"Disable capping when comparing large documents"

Help may be copied from Workbench User Guide > Reference > Preferences> Compare/Patch

Sorry but I'm unable to commit the change:

The server reported an error while performing the "cvs commit" command.
org.eclipse.platform.doc.user: cvs [commit aborted]: could not open lock file `/cvsroot/eclipse/org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/tasks/,tasks-68b.htm,': Permission denied

Szymon is opening a bug for that, he's having the same problem.
