The links at the bottom are all broken. They're there, it's just that they're under archive.eclipse.org now.

I thought we just keep milestone builds around and then delete them when we declare GA in June?

To conserve space on the mirrors, we move older milestones to the archive server. I'll update the links.

Open the second link from comment 0, scroll to the end of the page and click the first link (M6 N&N).
