build RC2

-save a perspective using a new name
-Window/Preferences/Workbench/Perspectives
-delete the active perspective
-close the preferences dialog
->you get a message "Unable to delete perspective xyz. It has open instances"
The perspective is removed from the list anyway. This is confusing.
Either the delete button should be disabled when an active perspective is
selected or the error message should appear immediately when delete is pressed
and before the item is removed.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
