When adding a new reviewer, there should be a content assist available like in the task editor to quickly get the mail adress of a known person in this repository.

Patch to add content assist for persons. Not yet sure if this is really the right way to go or do it inline in the reviews editor.

Nice, that's definitely an improvement. I have pushed the patch to master. At some point it would be good to get rid of the dialogs but this requires a proper offline model etc. which is not fully in place, yet.
