"CVS History view" page[1] should be updated with info about the new column added in bug 76386.

On bug 337550, comment 7 Dani pointed out that the help for Filter dialog could be also updated. This leads us another page to be revisited - "Filtering CVS Revisions in the History View"[2]. Any screenshot with the History view and/or Filter dialog should be updated as well.

The whole F1 help for that dialog needs work:
1. There is a (?) button but that doesn't work (opens tool tip instead of tray)
2. The F1 text does not link to a help page which explains the dialog's
options,
   see e.g. Open Type's F1 help.

This happens because the dialog can't be re-sized and is too small to display the help tray. We should simply disable the help controls. I've fixed that in HEAD (CVSHistoryFilterDialog.java, rev. 1.11).
