One concern when we defer this one...

Given that there will be lots of actions do we believe that the action name 
still makes the actions unique enough so that the user understands which action 
they are assigning a short cut to?

Didn't mean to mark as fixed.

I am also concerned about distinguishing between commands, however there appear 
to be too many other defects to address in the time remaining.
I'll leave the call on this one up to Chris though.

It would be nice to have.  If we add it later, then there will probably be a 
bunch of commands already out there that won't have a description.
