Description Boris Shingarov CLA 2003-03-05 19:46:50 EST
In high contrast mode (Alt+Shift+PrintScreen on Windows), by default the tabs
are black, and the closeImage is not visible.

In other words: having the foreground color hardcoded to black (in
updateCloseBar()) is bogus when it comes to accessibility.

Also, after going back to normal mode, the 'x' is not visible (this one I
don't know how to explain).

CTabFolder is Vikki.
