If I have a view maximized in one perspective (e.g. the Console in the Debug 
perspective), I cannot move the view in another. Clicking and draggin on the 
title bar does nothing.

Seems to work OK now.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
