The session tests contained in project ZZDJTest (on ottcvs1) in 
org.eclipse.core.tests.session do not run if you are on XP and using the 
vm "IBM Windows 32 JRE 1.3.1 SR-2".  You get the error:

Failure running session test: 
org.eclipse.core.tests.plugintests.CmdLinePreferencesTest
java.io.IOException: CreateProcess: d:/ibmJRE1.3.1SR-2/bin/javaw -cp ...

Note that these tests will run if using the same vm on Linux (both motif and 
gtk) or if you run them on XP using the vm Sun JDK 1.4.1

Session tests do work in RC2 on XP (and linux/GTK).  Not certain as to what 
fixed this.  The session tests build their own configuration file.  In RC1 
these configuration files were listed as version 1.0 and in RC2 they have been 
changed to version 2.1 configuration files.  Is this what fixed it?
