I don't remember why, but org.eclipse.team.tests.ccvs.core.AllCoreTests.java has been "temporarily" disabled on Windows in 2008. I think it's about time to turn it back on. All the tests pass locally on Windows XP. This is why number of tests run on Linux and Mac is 249 while on Windows it's only 190. 59 tests are missing.

Applied to HEAD. Tests should be enabled starting with N20101214-2000.
