Our 4.0 release p2 site includes everything that you would expect in a 3.6 site.

Our 4.1 p2 site only includes org.eclipse.sdk.ide and down, it no longer includes the 3.7 equinox contributions, etc (probably because we switched to the short build).

We need to update our 4.1 repo mirroring strategy so that it is equivalent to a complete 3.7 site.

Our 4.2 site doesn't contain any of the examples or equinox SDK or extras.  We need to update our mirror strategy in the short term (or wait until 4.2 is built first and we get it for free :-)

I think this is another one we solve by switching builders.

I would _guess_ that the issues raised here are basically resolved by having two separate builds for 3.8 and 4.2. Reopen if I've misunderstood and/or open specific bugs for specific issues that still exist (and, I'm sure there are some).
