When you close a project, and the Dependency Visualizer is still open, the Java VM crashes. In my case, the workspace was corrupted and I had to reinstall Eclipse from scratch.

Reproducible: Always

This problem is known. I debugged this issue a while ago and came to the conclusion that it's an SWT bug.
