RC1

1. Open Resources Perspective.
2. New Window.
3. Save Persepctive As...Resource 2.
4. Open Perspective --> Resource.
5. Save Perspective As...Resource 2.

At this point I have two Resource 2 perspectives in the shortcut bar.  If I 
select the unselected one, both icons get depressed.  I guess this is okay, but 
if I do the following:

6. Open Perspective --> Resource.

Resource2 and Resource icons are depressed in the shortcut bar.  This is not 
okay.  

It seems like if the perspective already exists and it is on the shortcut bar, 
the duplicate shortcut should be removed.
