It would be nice if keybindings for menus that are objectContributions was 
supported. For example, most of the Team CVS operations (Commit, Update, Sync, 
etc.) are objectContributions of the org.eclipse.ui.popupMenus extension point 
in the plugin.xml file. If we wanted to provide keybindings for these we would 
currently have to create global actions.

There are no plans for the UI team to work on this defect until higher 
priority items are addressed.
