Steps to reproduce-

1. Find a plugin which contributes a new perspective to eclipse.
2. Install the plugin by putting it in the dropins folder.
3. After installing, the icon for the perspective is available in the perspective bar.
4. Uninstall the plugin by removing it from the dropins folder and restart eclipse.
5. The perspective bar still contains the icon for that perspective even though the plugin has been removed.

Not reproducible on M20101103-0800. Could be a build/platform specific issue.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
