rc1

1. open the new file wizard
2. click advanced, browse for a existing file
3. now you have to enter the file name. It would be convenient if this file name
would be prefilled as the name of the linked resource

Could consider doing this if file name is empty.
You don't want to lose any name the user has already entered.
