Hello, I'm the co-author of the accepter poster for the Eclipse Summit conference. The submission ID: #1981 The submission details: https://www.eclipsecon.org/submissions/ese2010/view_talk.php?id=1981&search=1981 Few minutes ago I started changing the authors of the submission to add my colleague as the presenting author. While doing this I got and error (just "error") and was unable to fix it. As result, the poster has no authors at the moment... What should I do now? I cannot edit my submission as it is no longer mine. The second problem I've experienced is that the Sumbission system does not updates the name and surname from the Eclipse Bugtrucker. My bug tracker account had a nickname instead of my real names. After submitting the poster I changed the account names to my real names (Jacek Dajda). Unfortunately, the submission system remembers my nick names (Julius Caesar) which cannot be changed. What should I do? Thanks and regards, Jacek Dajda -- Jacek Dajda, PhD AGH University of Science and Technology Krakow Poland http://home.agh.edu.pl/dajda
Hello Jacek, I was able to edit your bugzilla account information and associate your real name with your bugzilla account. So now your poster submission is diplaying your real name, and you are once again the author. The colleague that you want to add must have a bugzilla account. Then you will be able to log into the submission system, edit the submission, click on "add new author" to add the colleague. If you have trouble with this, let me know. Thanks.
