Build: RC1
1. Help->Help Contents
2. Type participation in the search field->Search
3. Now that you're on the "Search Results" tab, hover your cursor over the 
right side of the "book" icon of the 'Contents' tab, you will see 'Contents' in 
the tooltip as expected.  Now move your mouse out, move your mouse back over 
the "left" side of the "book" icon, the tooltip now reads "toc".

If full Internet Exploer is used to view help, the status bar shows "toc" when 
mouse is over the Content tab (does not matter if above, to the left or right 
of the icon).

Fixed.  The tooltip for the tab and its image, as well as the status bar will 
now show translatable view name.
