The mnemonics on all preference pages appear not be working.  For example if I 
go to Windows>Preferences>Plug-in Development>Java Build Path Control.  Alt-w 
will check/uncheck the box.  alt-m will only highlight the entry, but not 
check/uncheck the entry.
