Patch to fix bad IA2 event constant values

Some of the IA2_EVENT_* constant values are incorrect. This means that those events are not being sent. This was first noticed with IA2_EVENT_TEXT_INSERTED and IA2_EVENT_TEXT_REMOVED. The attached patch fixes the bad values. This should go out for 3.6.2.
